Winter looks

Winter in a city with no winter is mostly an excuse for velvet, and Dahlia takes it. Gowns down to the floor and sequins up to the collar, wool coats on the shoulders, gloves when the look asks for them, black on black with gold at the wrist. The holidays run the calendar: cocktail hours, casino floors, the kind of dinner that expects a dress.
