Cobalt organza high-low dress with draped puff shoulders

A cobalt dress in smooth, structured crepe, with a length of organza wrapped across the bodice and gathered into two big puffs at the shoulders. The waist is fitted and set high. The skirt opens into an asymmetric high-low cut, short on one side and to the ankle on the other, with tiers of organza in the same blue running underneath and catching the light at the hem.

Evening, spring or late summer, a brick warehouse with tall windows and the work lights left on. Black ankle-strap sandals with a thin heel, the leg tattoos left in view on the short side.
