Blush satin funnel-neck dress with ruched sleeves

A blush satin dress cut with plenty of room: a high funnel neck that folds over at one side, a crossover front with a long tie left hanging loose, and wide sleeves ruched into soft tiers from shoulder to wrist. The skirt wraps and drapes across the hips, then falls straight, finishing just below the knee with a curved overlap at the front.

Any season, indoors: a dressing room with bulbs around every mirror and a counter full of brushes. Beige pointed pumps, or black if the night needs an edge.
