Blush looks

Blush is the quiet pink: powdery, warm, nearly a neutral. It is the colour of slip dresses, silk camisoles and the lining of things, and Dahlia wears it when she wants softness without giving up the structure. Against the tattoos it reads almost like no colour at all, which is either the point or the problem depending on the room. Spring, summer, daylight, a lunch that goes on. Paired with black it stays serious; paired with ivory it becomes a bride, so it never is.
