Teal satin draped top with a pleated leather midi skirt

A teal satin top with short, structured cap sleeves and a draped front that gathers at the waist and falls into a long pointed panel at one side. The satin has weight, so the point hangs straight instead of floating. Below it, a black pleated midi skirt in faux leather, the pleats pressed narrow and close, ending just under the knee. The cap sleeves leave both tattoo sleeves in full view, which is the point.

Seen from behind it is all line: the shoulder holds, the satin dips at the side, the pleats run straight to the hem. Black ankle boots with a slim heel, hair long and down the back. Autumn and winter, dinner somewhere with old plaster and good lamps. Teal is a colour. I checked. I am wearing it anyway.
