Colour-block satin top with asymmetric wrap trousers

A rust and navy colour-block satin top with folded cuff sleeves over rust wool trousers with a charcoal wrap panel, in a white loft at noon.

A boxy satin top blocked in rust and navy, the navy cut as two wide diagonal panels from the shoulders to the hem, with a shallow boat neck and short sleeves turned back into deep folded cuffs. Tucked into high-waisted rust wool trousers with a pressed crease, straight leg, and a charcoal wool panel that wraps from the left hip across the front and hangs to the hem, so the trousers read as two pairs from the front and one from the side.

This is office and dinner on the same day: the satin takes the restaurant, the wool takes the meeting, and the wrap panel keeps both from being polite. Spring and autumn, a pointed shoe in black or charcoal, no belt, no bag; the trousers already have a flap.
