Leather puff-sleeve top and bronze brocade trousers

A black leather top cut like a bustier and finished like a jacket: smooth panels over the body, an asymmetric neckline that runs diagonally across the collarbone, a hem that drops to a single point at the hip, and two enormous puff sleeves in a textured, almost perforated leather that stand out from the shoulder like inflated armour. It closes at the front with a hidden seam, so the eye stays on the shape.

The trousers are bronze metallic brocade, crinkled so the light breaks across the leg unevenly, with a high waist and a wide straight leg over black leather platform boots. Autumn or spring nights on a rooftop, an event with a photographer, anywhere the sun goes down slowly. Nothing at the neck, hair straight and down between the sleeves.

Bronze trousers are a decision. The sleeves are the follow-up.
