A long black wool wrap skirt, high-waisted and crossed at the front, with a loose scarf panel sewn into one side that trails to the hem and lifts when there is wind. Above it, a black leather bustier with seamed cups and a straight top edge, and over that a cropped black blazer with structured shoulders, a single button and sleeves pushed to the forearm, ending exactly where the bustier does.

Black leather ankle boots on a block heel keep the walk steady on concrete. The outfit is tailoring taken apart: the blazer shortened, the skirt let loose, the shirt swapped for leather. It belongs to autumn and spring evenings, cocktails and events where she will be outside for part of it. The wind is optional but recommended.
